IMPORTANT INFORMATION WHEN USING THE LIDODERM® PATCH

Do not store patch outside the sealed envelope.

Apply patches only once for up to 12 hours in a 24-hour period (12 hours on and 12 hours off).

Applying patches for a longer time, or using more than 3 patches could cause serious reactions.

If necessary, you may customize a patch by cutting it to fit exactly to the area of pain.

Never reuse a patch.

Fold used patches so that the adhesive side sticks to itself and safely discard used patches or pieces of cut patches where children and pets cannot get to them. Immediately discard used patches or remaining unused portions of cut patches in household trash in a manner that prevents accidental application or ingestion by children, pets or others.

Only your healthcare provider can determine if LIDODERM® is right for you. Always follow your healthcare provider's instructions when using LIDODERM®.
